📜 Terms & Refunds

• Pharoah Kids World is a free game for children, played as a guest under a parent or guardian's supervision — there is no sign-up and no account.
• Coins and items are virtual — they have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or resold.
• Real-money purchases are not currently available. If that ever changes, purchases will only ever be started by a grown-up, and this page will be updated first. If you set up a membership before purchases were switched off, see the Refund Policy.
• Guest play is single-player, so there's currently no other player to interact with, chat with, or report.
• The service is provided "as is"; features may change. We may update these terms and will post changes here.

• Real-money purchases are not currently available in Pharoah Kids World — guest play is free, and there is nothing new to buy.
• Cancelling an older membership. If you set up a membership before purchases were switched off and you think it is still charging you, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk. We will cancel it and refund anything charged since purchases were paused. You can also stop it from your card or bank's subscriptions screen.
• If purchases ever return, they will only ever be started by a grown-up, and this page will be updated with the refund terms before that happens.
